Objectives

The department has set the following objectives to achieve desired academicac complishments. They are

• To prepare students for university examination with regular classes.
• To enable the students to understand and explain real life political problems by way of applying theoretical concepts and methodological tools.
• To cultivate the mental faculties of the students to develop better understanding about the functioning of the political system, politics-society interface and constitutional morality.
• To inculcate the values of good citizenry.
• To help them understand the impact of political analysis on policy making.
• To attain the course outcome and program outcome of the curriculum of Political Science.
